Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Furthermore we ship to Austria, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In case your order is not in stock we will inform you about the expected delivery date. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through Swiss Post Parcel service.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@borgsinteriors.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to any handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their state, properties, and functionality or damage caused by inadequate protective packaging when returned.
If you wish to return an item, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to shop@borgsinteriors.com stating your order number and product details. You will receive instructions from us how to return your item(s). The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@borgsinteriors.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will then do our utmost best to solve the problem.
